shipping and handling orders are shipped and delivered monday - friday only. most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt and orders received prior to 1pm will be shipped the same day. we generally ship via FedEx ground service with a signature required. shipments to PO boxes will be mailed via united states postal service. sales tax suki, inc. is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Massachusetts. returns and exchanges suki wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. sukipure.com will only accept returns on items purchased directly through us by phone or through our webstore. we cannot accept returns for purchases of our product from other locations. please return at least 3/4 of unused product within 30 days to suki with a receipt, order number and the reason for return. please note that we are unable to accept used skin and bodycare products after that period. we will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately. please email customer service at customerservice@sukipure.com or call us 1-888-858-suki (7854) with any questions you may have. |
